In order to review your current membership details, please log into your Walla account.
For other requests such as a membership modification or question, please email us at concierge@lalitamethod.com.
Monthly memberships require 30 days’ notice to cancel. You can cancel through your Walla account or by emailing concierge@lalitamethod.com. You’ll retain access through the end of your billing cycle. -
Every spot counts! Please cancel in the app if you can’t attend so another client can join.
If something unexpected comes up last-minute, text or email us ASAP.
You may be added off the waitlist up to an hour before class starts, make sure to monitor your emails and texts!
For safety and flow, we’re unable to admit clients after 5 minutes into class.

Class cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class to avoid a $35 late cancel fee.
No-shows will forfeit the class and incur a $35 fee.

Reformer classes require at least 3 participants to run.
Morning classes: cancellations decided by 9:00 PM the night before
Daytime & evening classes: cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance
If a class is canceled, you’ll always be notified and fully credited.

Your safety comes first. If your doctor has cleared you and you’ve been regularly attending reformer classes, you’re welcome to continue. Please let your instructor know before class so we can offer appropriate modifications.
