Do I need prior Pilates experience to take a Reformer class?
No experience is necessary. Our classes are designed to be accessible for beginners while still offering challenges for more experienced clients. Our instructors provide guidance and modifications so you can move safely and confidently at your own level.

Can I take Reformer Pilates while pregnant?
Yes, many clients safely continue Pilates during pregnancy. However, we recommend receiving clearance from your healthcare provider and letting our team know before class. Our instructors can offer pregnancy-safe modifications to ensure you move comfortably and safely throughout your practice.

Class Cancellation Policy
To avoid a late cancellation fee, clients must cancel their class at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late cancellations (within 6 hours of class): $35 fee
No-shows: the class will be forfeited and a $35 fee will be applied.

Manage Your Membership
In order to review your current membership details, please log into your Walla account.
For other requests such as a membership modification or question, please email us at concierge@lalitamethod.com.
Monthly memberships require 30 days’ notice to cancel. You can cancel through your Walla account or by emailing concierge@lalitamethod.com. You’ll retain access through the end of your billing cycle. -
Waitlist & Arrival Policy
Every spot in class is reserved for a client. If you’re unable to attend, please cancel your reservation in the app as early as possible so another client may join. If an unexpected issue arises close to class time, please text or email the studio immediately.
Clients may be added from the waitlist up to 1 hour before class begins, so please monitor your email and text notifications if you are on the waitlist.
For the safety of all clients and to maintain the flow of class, late arrivals cannot be admitted more than 5 minutes after class begins.

Minimum Enrollment & Studio Cancellation Policy
Reformer classes require a minimum of three participants to run.
If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment, the studio may cancel the class with the following notice:
Morning classes: by 9:00 PM the evening before
Daytime & evening classes: at least 4 hours before class
If a class is canceled by the studio, you will always be notified and your class credit will be fully returned.
